If you are requesting toys for a SINGLE FAMILY, please DO NOT fill out this form. Click here to go to single family requests.

If you fill out this form and do not have an appropriate Tax-Exempt ID (EIN), your request will be denied.

You will be required to submit your Tax-Exemption Documents to the Toys For Tots mailbox at columbia.sc@toysfortots.org

Once the required documentation has been received, your request will be reviewed.

Ensure you provide your correct EIN. Providing an incorrect EIN will result in your application being denied.

Non-profit organizations requesting toys will be required to submit a list of recipients that the organization is requesting toys for. The list must include the first and last name of the head of household, address, as well as the name, age and gender of each child in the household. It is very important to get an accurate count of age and gender appropriate toys to you and make sure we are able to provide for everyone this year.
